Lynn Sopher

Ours was a private sale to my niece so many of these were not applicable. What Lynn Sopher did do was absolutely top notch. I would recommend her to anyone including my family and friends. We dealt with Lynn Sopher before on a property we wanted to buy in Arcadia but were unable to get a clear deed due to the owners being placed in a care facility and the delay caused with paperwork from 2 different counties. None of this was her fault and Lynn went far above and beyond to try to get this resolved. When we were not able to purchase that property, we always said that we would select Lynn Sopher to be our realtor if we ever pursued moving again.

She did everything she could to reduce our stress over the appraisal and the sale of our property. My niece who bought the property also found her very pleasing to work with and also very knowledgeable and extremely competent. Thumbs up from all of us!
